MySkinPlans partners with established beauty, skin, and aesthetics clinics with qualified specialists (typically Level 3 or Level 4 qualified) who can review and approve skincare plans to a professional standard. If that’s your clinic, we’d like to talk.

- It scales with volume. Each plan review takes a few minutes — the dashboard surfaces the customer’s answers, the prepared plan, and a sign-off button. You can review plans whenever it suits you (between appointments, end of day, weekends). There’s no SLA telling you when to be online; we tell customers to expect their plan within 48 hours and most clinics review well inside that.
- The customer completes a structured questionnaire covering skin type, concerns, current routine, budget and lifestyle. The platform’s plan-building system — which uses AI assistance — prepares a complete personalised plan (morning, evening, treatments, product recommendations across budget tiers, plain-language reasoning).
That draft is then put in front of your clinic’s qualified specialist for review. They have final authority over every plan: they can edit anything, swap products, rewrite notes, or send back for redrafting. Nothing reaches the customer until your specialist has signed it off. The output is built to be useful to a specialist as a starting point, not a substitute for your professional judgement. - There’s no cost to join. - No — it complements them. Plan customers have already paid for personalised advice from your clinic; many will go on to book in-person treatments with you once they see how thoughtful the plan is. We deliberately do not market the plans as a substitute for in-clinic care, and the plans themselves recommend in-person treatment where it’s clinically appropriate.
